The property is even and only a few stairs go up to the sun terrace infront of the living room and to the entrance of the house. The well kept garden around the house is planted with palm trees and bushes, with many sunny and also shady places. Next to the pool is a pretty roofed BBQ and dining area with adjacent shower bath/toilet. From the living room you enter another roofed terrace with fireplace, which is glazed in at 2 sides. Behind it is a small patio for Boccia games. In the house are all rooms on one floor. The complete renovation/rebuilding of the house was completed in April 2005. The new pool landscape was finished in May 2009 and adds to the summer fun especially the tiny pool next to the large 5 x 10 pool is great for kids.
